Parking FAQ Gateway Gardens

Customers with Corporate Status

Please contact us by email (parken.gg@fraport.de), stating the product you require. You will receive your contract documents together with your parking card timely by mail.

If you conclude a Corporate contract, you may use any free parking space on levels 1 to 9. You can choose between a 12-hour and 24-hour contract. You may not use special parking spaces like those that are reserved for persons with special accessibility requirements or equipped for charging electric vehicles. A 12-hour contract entitles you to park for up to 12 hours at a time, and a 24-hour contract lets you take advantage of unlimited parking.

Corporate 12 h*: € 89** / month
Corporate 24 h: € 119** / month

* If you park for longer than 12 hours, you will be charged by the regular parking prices at the pay station.

**The prices given here are net, in other words they do not include the additionally charged value-added tax (VAT) of 19%.

The minimum duration of the contract is three months. After that, it continues on an open-ended basis; you may terminate it as of the end of any calendar month by giving notice at least four weeks in advance.

Contracts always enter into effect on the first day of the following calendar month. If you wish to rent parking spaces on a shorter-term basis or retroactively, please send an email to parken.gg@fraport.de.

You are not assigned a fixed space. Instead, you may park anywhere on levels 1 to 9. We guarantee that you can find a free parking space. However, please leave special parking spaces, like those that are reserved for persons with special accessibility requirements or are equipped for charging electric vehicles, free for entitled users.

You will receive a monthly invoice from us. You can request SEPA direct debiting or e-billing if you want to receive your invoices electronically. We’re sorry, but it is not possible to pay by credit card or PayPal.

If you have provided your license plate number when signing the contract, it will be automatically detected when driving in and out, causing the barrier to open. Otherwise you can press the call button at the entrance to contact the parking service. Your customer data are then checked to confirm that you are entitled to enter, and if so the barrier is opened for you. The procedure is the same when leaving.

Please send us an email to parken.gg@fraport.de indicating the number of your contract and the ID number of your parking card. You can find the ID number of your parking card in your contract.

Yes, this is possible by providing sufficient advance notice.

After the required three-month minimum contractual period, you may cancel with effect as of the end of any calendar month while providing four weeks’ advance notice. You can cancel by sending an email to parken.gg@fraport.de.

Parking cards are blocked when the contract expires. Please return physical parking card to us at:

General Information

There are pay charging stations for up to 22 kW an hour in the following parking areas:

Level 1:

  • 20 charging stations

Level 2:

  • 45 charging stations

It is not possible to reserve a charging station. You must bring your own charging cable (with type 2 connectors).

Here is how charging works:

1. Start charging
Before starting to charge, check your charging cable and the charging station to make sure that they are undamaged and ready to use. Plug the charging cable into the charging point, then connect it to your vehicle. Take care to prevent loops from forming in the cable to reduce the risk of tripping. Activate the charging station using an appropriate app or QR code.

2. Charging
The vehicle is charged; the LED lamp glows blue.

3. Complete the charging procedure
Unplug the charging cable from the vehicle first, then from the charging station.

  1. Take a parking ticket from the machine
  2. The barrier opens
  3. Park your vehicle
  4. Pay parking ticket at the pay station
  5. The barrier automatically opens when you drive to the exit

Vehicles’ license plate numbers are electronically captured by the facility operator when driving in and out of a parking garage. This is in order to check whether long-term parkers are authorized to access the facility (while complying with Article 6 l a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union), and in the case of short-term parkers to meet the operator’s legitimate interest in preventing fraud, in this case in compliance with Article 6 l f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union. Recorded license plate numbers of short-term parkers are deleted 24 hours after they drive out. For detailed information, please consult the locally posted rules on use of parking spaces, your contract, or https://www.fraport.com/en/our-group/data-protection-statement.html.

You can reach our personnel at any time around the clock by pressing the call button on any pay station or at any entry or exit device. If you have any problems or questions, we’ll be glad to help.

There are 38 extra-large parking spaces for guests with reduced mobility on the ground floor (level 1).

These parking spaces must also be paid for. They are available to individuals who have a special parking ID of category “G” or “aG”. The same price is charged there as elsewhere in the facility. Please place your special parking ID inside the vehicle so it can be easily seen from the outside.

To improve orientation and wayfinding, each parking level is a different color. Each parking space also has its own number.

Please contact the on-site personnel. You can do so around-the-clock using the call button on any pay station or entry and exit device.

You may only drive cars into the parking facility that have a maximum permissible loaded weight of 3.5 metric tons and a height of no more than 2.1 meters. It is not possible to drive in with a larger vehicle or trailer.

From motorway A3 or A5, take the B43 exit to Frankfurt Airport and follow the signs for F-Unterschweinst. and then F-Gateway Gardens.

We’re available to help and looking forward to hearing from you.
